What is online check-in?

The airlines will provide an opportunity where you can change the seats and can also add missing information before the completion of the flight check-in procedure. 

• Step 6: 

After the completion of the web check-in procedure, an e-boarding pass [available at selected airports] will be made available for you. 

Who can do the online check-in? 

Passengers belonging to the below-mentioned categories are eligible for the web check-in. The categories are as follows: 

• Travelers should have confirmed booking, and they must fulfill the flight check-in window criteria to complete the process of checking in. 
• All the passengers who have booked their tickets through any travel agent, airport counters of the airline, app, and site are eligible for web check-in. 
• People traveling with children or infants are eligible. 
• Passengers traveling on the airlines with a defense ID, senior citizens, students, wheelchair passengers, and unaccompanied minors are also eligible for the web check-in.
